My name is Jedediah King, and I worked in Construction for 3 years and in the fall of 2024 decided to start my own general maintenance company. My goal is to provide many different maintenance services that most home owners/property managers run into, and to be an excellent resource for them. Cost: $1.25-$2.75 per linear ft
of Gutter

Discount of 15% if linear ft exceeds
500 ft

Lawn Mowing/Care

Cost: $60-$150 per Cut

Other Lawn Care:

Weed removal, Leaf Removal,
Bush removal, etc

Cost: $45/hrs

Snow Blowing

Cost: $55-$145

Other Upkeep

East Edgewood Storage

Jed King did an awesome job for us this week. He spent 5+ hours cleaning 33 windows that had never been professionally cleaned and they look fantastic. We highly recommend King Maintenance and will definitely hire Jed again.
